The Wellness Congress is a unique event that Cadena SER has been organizing for several years with the aim of exploring today's changing social landscape from a variety of perspectives and themes. Each edition follows a different central topic, and this year's congress will focus on wisdom and knowledge.

Previous editions have explored universal themes such as love, happiness, ageing, and well-being.

The event will take place on 22, 23 and 24 September at the Góngora Theatre in Córdoba, Spain.

Why Córdoba? Because it was the birthplace of three of history's great philosophers: Seneca, Averroes, and Maimonides. The city also gave birth to renowned poets such as Lucan, Juan de Mena, and Luis de Góngora.

This year's congress will address a wide range of topics, including education, human rights, society, social inequality, and the social democratic crisis in Europe.

In addition to the main programme, attendees will be able to enjoy a variety of complementary activities, including workshops, games, guided tours of the Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba, sports, and much more.

The list of speakers includes distinguished figures such as Gordon Brown, Ignacio Camacho, Íñigo Errejón, Baltasar Garzón, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir, and Patrícia Soley-Beltran, among many others.

Previous editions of the congress have been held in Tudela, Vejer de la Frontera, Vitoria, and Teruel.

Initiatives like this are an excellent opportunity to bring fundamental values to the forefront, broaden our perspectives, and inspire us with ideas that can improve our everyday lives.
