Last Friday, June 16, we took part in the television programme Big Brother, broadcast on Cuatro.
The programme features young people between the ages of 18 and 23 who display violent, aggressive, addictive, or other challenging behaviours. Jerónimo García acts as the "Big Brother", working with them to help transform their lives.
During the programme, we participated in a simulated emergency response to an accident victim, deploying one of our Mobile Intensive Care Units (MICUs) together with two of our Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). These types of scenarios include Basic Life Support (BLS) procedures, which involve the essential measures used to attempt to reverse a cardiorespiratory arrest (CPA).
One of the core services provided by Semesur Assistance is preventive medical coverage, where responding immediately to emergency situations is essential.
Would you like to see what a Basic Life Support simulation looks like? Watch from minute 36:42.
There is nothing better than demonstrating live the professionalism of our emergency technicians and the high quality of one of our flagship services.
We would like to thank the programme's production team for trusting our staff to take part in this episode.
